In the event that I miss my hair appointment as a result of a delayed delivery, will Chinny Beauty Space cover the cost of my Hair Appointment and/or cancellation fees?
No, Chinny Beauty Space will not cover or pay for any fees associated to the cancellation of hair services and appointments. Please wait to receive and confirm your items purchased before confirming any and all hair appointment and services.
Will Chinny Beauty Space cover the cost of the installation of the hair I purchased?
No. Chinny Beauty Space is not responsible for any and all costs associated with the installation of the products purchased on this website and in stores.
Do you sell samples of the hair textures/ or can I come in-store to look at the hair before I purchase?
No, we do not sell or offer samples of the hair textures. We encourage our Chinny doll to pay a visit to our retail locations for the full luxury experience!
Can I order online and pick up at the store?
Yes this option is available at this time but please kindly confirm if the item is available
I placed an order and did not use a discount code. Can you apply the code after my order is placed?
Once an order is placed, discount codes may not applied afterwards. We will not issue a refund or apply the said discount code after your order is submitted. Although rare, advertised discout codes may not be used towards previously purchased or future purchases.
Do you offer wholesale or do you sell your vendors?

What are the main differences between the Raw Lao, Natural wave, and Wavy Elegance textures?
Origin: The Raw LAO hair is sourced from LAOS while the Raw Cambodian Natural Wave and Wavy Elegance are sourced from Cambodia.
Texture: It is worth noting our very own LAO feels silky smooth upon the first touch, Coarser LAO textures are also available but not guaranteed. The hair strands are finer compared to our other wavy patterns. The Raw Cambodian Natural Wave is coarse and soft to the touch as it mimics the natural hair texture. The Raw Cambodian Wavy Elegance is the coarsest texture out of the three mentioned previously.
Wave Pattern: Raw LAO wave pattern varies from a straight/wavy to a medium wavy pattern. Raw Cambodian Natural Wave will have a slight wave pattern for the most part. The Raw Wavy Elegance will have a medium wave pattern.
Color Tone: The LAO Wavy will have the most variety in color tones. It varies from a dark black to a medium to reddish brown. Color tones on the other wavy patterns do vary from natural dark brown to medium brown.
IMPORTANT: Please add your color preference to the notes section in the cart page before you submit your order. It may not be guaranteed but we will do our best to accommodate your request.
If I place my order today, when will I receive my Chinny package?
Products ship within 1-3 business days from your order date. Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days. During Major Sales and Promotions, orders may take up to 7 business days for orders to process. Black Friday and Cyber Monday sale require up to 10 business days to process and 2-3 days for delivery. Processing times for full lace wigs can take up to 25 business days. During major holidays, processing times for wigs can take up 120 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends and/or major holidays.

Shipping Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we ship to PO BOXES. Please note that the overnight option for PO BOX addresses requires up to 2 days for delivery as we use nz post for PO BOX addresses. All PO BOX addresses ship with the New Zealand Postal Service (nz post)
My shipping label was printed but my tracking number has no movement?
Please allow up to 48 hous after you receive your shipping confirmation email to see movement on the carrier’s website. If you do not see movement after 48 hours, please contact us.
