Chinny Food Store – Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of food products, we maintain a strict return policy.

  1. Food Items
    • We do NOT accept returns on food items once sold
    • This is for health and safety reasons
  2. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged item:
• Contact us within 24–48 hours
• Provide proof (photo/video)

We may offer:
• Replacement OR
• Store credit (case-by-case)

  1. Incorrect Orders

If we sent the wrong item:
• Notify us within 24 hours
• We will resolve promptly

  1. Non-Returnable Items
    • Opened food
    • Perishable goods
    • Items not in original condition
  2. Change of Mind

We do NOT accept returns for change of mind.
